
个人基本信息:
张宁,山西运城人,博士,副教授。博士毕业后入职中南林业科技大学,期间于湖南大学完成博士后研究工作。2025年3月起任教于402永利集团。
长期从事溶液化学、过程化工(冶金)及物理化学基础与应用研究,聚焦复杂溶液体系中离子结构演化、热力学性质及关键金属分离调控等科学问题。围绕高离子强度溶液体系中的离子缔合行为、多谱学—理论计算协同热力学模型构建及结构反演,以及相关提取分离方法、作用机理与相平衡规律开展了系统研究,积累了扎实的研究基础。以第一或通讯作者在InorganicChemistry、JournalofPhysicalChemistryB、PhysicalChemistryChemicalPhysics、AdvancedMaterials等期刊发表论文30余篇,主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年、中国博士后科学基金特别资助、湖南省自然科学基金面上、青年等科研项目。
近年来承担本科《物理化学(实验)》及研究生《化工热力学》等课程教学任务,积极推进教学改革,探索案例教学、科研反哺教学以及虚拟仿真实验与多媒体教学资源融合的教学模式,强化实验安全与绿色化学理念培养,注重提升学生的科研思维、实践能力与创新能力。指导本科生、研究生在中国大学生计算机设计大赛(微课与教学辅助—虚拟仿真实验平台)及化学化工类学科竞赛中获国家级、省级奖项;针对化学介微观理论概念抽象、公式体系复杂等教学难题,在《Discover Education》等期刊发表教学改革论文加以探索与改进;主持并完成省级教学改革项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目、校级(虚拟仿真)一流课程建设项目及课程思政示范课程(《物理化学》(理论+实验))认定等。
